COLOURS OF LIFE -” ANNUAL DAY FUNCTION”

Cambridge International School, Palampur organized a magnum opus 2nd Annual Function on 13th and 14th October, 2017. The grand event was full of colours, just like its theme, “COLOURSOF LIFE.”

After the arrival and exuberant welcome of the Chief Guests Mr. Arvind Sood, the Regional Manager of State Bank of India, Dharamshala and Mr. Rajinder Singh, the distinguished DSP of Palampur on respective days, the function initiated.

The annual Function began with lighting of the lamp and mesmerizing Ganesh Stuti. The two days Annual Function was anything lesser than a master piece. Varieties of dances were showcased. Students of from Nursery to Class 8 danced with poise and elegance.

Where performances like, ‘Spirit of India’, ‘East or West, India is the Best’, ‘A Glimpse of Rajasthan and Gujrat’ and ‘Mile Sur Mera Tumhara’ gave us the sight of India and its diverse cultures and traditions; songs like, ‘earn to Do’, ‘Destroying he Lungs of Earth’, ‘Butterfly Dance’,’Raslila of Vrindavan’, ‘Dharamraj Ki Adalat’ and ‘Zenith: The Blockbuster’ left us spell bounded.

In their address both the Chief Guests talked about the importance of Co-Curricular activities and wholesome education. They also congratulated and thanked the Chairman Mr. Sanjeev Sharma and the Principal Mr. Vishwa Raj Puri for the remarkable event and for extending the invitation.

In the final speech of the night both the Chairman and the Principal appreciated their faculty for their untiring efforts and love towards Cambridge International School, Palampur.
