DAY PICNIC

A day picnic for classes V to VIII was organized on June 24th 2017. The venue for the picnic was the Dorzong Monastic Institute at Gopalpur. The students reached the monastery by school buses and spent the day enjoying and playing, followed by eating and sharing their lunch with their classmates and teachers. The students were also told the importance keeping the surroundings and the venue clean by not littering around. They were encouraged to throw all wrappers and used packets into the garbage bags provide at the spot. The students were accompanied by their teachers and the support staff. The happy smiles on the student’s faces were a proof of the fun filled day spent at the Monastic Institute.
