It is a moment of immense pride and deep personal significance for me to join the school as it celebrates 10 remarkable years of shaping young minds. Being part of this milestone inspires me to contribute with renewed commitment and vision.

My academic journey began with a B.Tech. in Civil Engineering, followed by a Master of Business Management (MBM). In pursuit of broader perspectives, I spent three transformative years in England, where I completed a one-year master’s program and worked with two reputable schools. These roles, as Admin Assistant and Finance Officer, provided me with invaluable insights into educational operations, financial planning, and child safeguarding practices.

Armed with these experiences, I returned to India with a clear purpose: to contribute meaningfully to our own institution and help shape its future. I moved back to India in November 2024 and officially joined the school as Director from 11th November 2024.

A philosophy that deeply influences my approach is Kaizen- The principle of continuous improvement, which I first encountered at St Clere’s School in Essex. This mindset now guides my leadership here. Whether it’s refining systems, supporting students, or enhancing teaching practices, I believe that consistent, incremental progress leads to lasting impact.

Equally important to me is building authentic connections with students. I strive to foster an environment where every child feels safe, heard, and is inspired to grow. A strong bond between students and educators is not just beneficial but it is essential to meaningful education. While change takes time, I am confident that we have taken the first step in the right direction. I look forward to working alongside our dedicated staff, supportive parents, and, most importantly, our bright, curious students to shape a vibrant and future-ready school community.
